CREATIVE CLUB’23 REPORT
On 9th March 2023, the Creative Club of our organization a competition to encourage creativity among students. The competition was open to all students from shift-I and II. There were three categories in the competition, including Painting on the Tree, Photography and Creative Wall Hanging.
Painting on the Tree Competition:
The Competition was held outdoors, where each participoant was provided with a canvas and colours. The participants showcased their artistic skills and creativity by painting various trees with different colours and designs. The judges evaluated each painting on its creativity, originality and relevance to the theme. The paintings were stunning and the judges found it challenging to select the winner.
Photography Competition:
The competition was held indoor, where the participants submitted their photographs related to the theme “Day in MGC." The photographs were displayed on a screen, and the judge evaluated each photograph based on its composition, creativity, and relevance to the theme. The photographs were remarkable, and the judge was impressed by the quality of work submitted.
Creative Wall Hanging Competition:
The competition was also held indoors, where participants showcased their creativity by designing wall hangings related to the theme. The judges evaluated each wall hanging based on its creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme. The participants used different materials, including wood, paper, and fabric, to design their wall hangings, and the results were fantastic.
Prize Distribution—10"' March 2023:
The prize distribution ceremony was held to recognize the winners of the competition. The winners of each category were awarded a certificate and a cash prize. The first prize winner of the Painting on the Tree competition was Ms. S Keerthil‹a, Ms. PrincyVinisha& J Janitha Janet of BBA department Shift — I, the first prize winner of the Photography competition was Mr K..S Prince Papachan of Vis.com Shift — I & B. Mosses of B.com (C.A) Shift - II, and the first prize winner of the Creative Wall Hanging competition was Ms. S Sivaranjani,Sowmiya, Chitra Se1vi& A Afreenof B.com (G) Shift — II. The runners-up were also recognized and awarded certificates of merit.
Conclusion
The Creative Club Competition was a great success and provided an opportunity for members to showcase their creativity and talent. The competition received a tremendous response from the members, and the quality of work submitted was exceptional. The prize distribution ceremony.
