Career Guidance Cellconducted a Pre-Placement Work shop on 15^thFeb2023 between10:30 amto 1:00 pm for final year student of Shift I &Shift II at Mar Ivanios Hall. Master of ceremony was done by Ms.EuniceVinitha, III BBA, Shift-II. The Work shop commenced with the prayer song followed by Welcome Address and Introduction of Guest speaker byMs.M.Nandhini, III B.Sc (computer Science), Shift -I. Respected Principal Dr.M.Sivarajan, Felicitated the program. As a token of appreciation a Momento was presented byDr.G.Gayathry, Vice Principal of Shift –I to the Guest Speaker Ms. S.Gayathry, HR Leader, Personal Transformation coach. She is a REBT and NLP certified life coach trainer. She has more than 10 years of experience in Teachsub technologies as HR Head. She has received various awards like HR Excellence Award 2022 from SRM institute of Science and Technology, Women Achievers Award 2020 by JIGNASA.org, Women in Leadership 2022 Award. She gave an insight on the need for employment and placement procedure followed by corporate companies, Employability skills, Industrial analysis, Gap analysis anddeveloping positive attitude. The session was highly informative and interactive. The students clarified their doubts during the interactive session. 115 students from Shift I and 57 students from Shift IIparticipated in the workshop. The session ended at 1:00 pm with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr.M.Samson, III B.Sc (Computer Science), S-II.
