To commemorate Gandhi Jayanthi, Entrepreneurial Development cell in association with IIC and IQAC had taken measures to setup a stall to support  and empower skilled handloom weavers on 3rd October 2023. The stall was blessed by the Secretary Fr Mathew Pallikunnel and inaugurated by the Principal Dr.R.Srikanth in the presence of Vice principals of Both Shift I & II Dr.G.Gayathry and Dr.S.Shalini Maher, IIC Convenor Prof. Ann Hepibah Niraja. The weavers had  a profitable business. The support rendered by the Staff of MGC and MGPS was highly appreciated.
