With more than 14 years of experience in this field, she has been a HR consultant, Initiator of Coexisting Community connect and has received many awards like young entrepreneurs award from Tamil Nadu Entrepreneur Association in 2021, Uplifting Women Award from Madurai MOM’s in 2021,Best Organiser Award from Srivani School of Education in 2020, Etc. |

Entrepreneurial Development Cell of our college in association with MGC IIC conducted a Seminar on the topic “LEARN AND DEVELOP ENTREPRENEURIAL MINDSET” on 21st August 2023 between 11:00 amto 1:00 pm for the students enrolled in ED Cell of both shift I & shift II, at KCGSJ Hall. The Seminar commenced with the prayer song followed by Welcome Address and Guest speaker introduction by Dr.Rajalakshmi Saravanan, Convenor, ED Cell & Start up Coordinator, MGC IIC, followed by Blessings by Prof.Ann Hepzibah Niraja and Felicitation by Our Principal Dr.R.Srikanth. There after as the token of appreciation Honorarium was presented by our principal sir to our guest speaker Mrs.Renuga Gowrishankar, Founder of CORMET SOLUTIONS, Women Professional Connect & WealthifyWE. With more than 14 years of experience in this field, she has been a HR consultant, Initiator of Coexisting community connect and has received many awards like Young Entrepreneurs Award from Tamil Nadu Entrepreneurs Association in 2021, Uplifting womenAward from Madurai MOM’s in 2021, Best organizer award from Srivani school of Eduction in 2020 and more to her credentials. Around 98 students from all the Departments participated in this session. The session highlighted the importance of critical thinking and identifying strategic business opportunities, risk taking, effective communication, persevere in the face of setback and change Management. The session was highly interactive and interesting. Students had a good exposure on the topic. The session ended at 01:00 pm with the vote of thanks given by Dr.Shamim Banu, Co-convenor, ED Cell.
