The Institutional Innovation Cell (Mgc) has taken initiatives to conduct a staff and student exchange programme between Mar Gregorios College of Arts and Science, Chennai and Bishop Appasamy College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore. The online certificate course was organized for the students of MGC and BACAS from October 11th, 2021, to November 3rd, 2021.

Certificate course on Fashion Photography for BACAS students and certificate course on Traditional Folk Art for MGC students which was undertaken by both college resource people. The Certificate Course for the students of both the colleges was conducted through Google Meet (online). The course duration was 15 days. Each day, 2 hour classes were conducted. The certificate course was conducted free of charge for the benefit of the students. Nearly 110 students from both colleges actively participated in all the scheduled days. At the end of the course, a final assessment was conducted. Winners of fashion photography were awarded with cash prizes and E-certificates were distributed to the students who had completed the course. The student and staff exchange programme was a wonderful experience for all the staff and students of MGC and BACAS.
