INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

The Computing Facility for Information Technology Programme comprises of the following laboratories:

• Exclusive Laboratory
• Fully-equipped laboratories with 120 latest-configured systems with an i3 processor, 360 GB hard disk, and 2 GB RAM.
• The Department has an array of application software suites from all leading developers (including Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, Rational, etc.).
• Microsoft agreement is licensed.
• Server: 512 MB RAM, 80 GB hard disk, 2.0 GHz speed.

INTERNET FACILITIES

A network of all systems with Internet connectivity has a blazing 10 Mbps leased line speed.

UPS

All the computer labs have backup power supplied by a 40 KVA UPS accommodating 30 batteries.

ACCESSORIES

Multimedia Projectors, Overhead Projectors (OHP), Laser, Dot Matrix Printers, External & Internal DVD & CD Writers, Headphones, Pen Drives, Multimedia Speakers, etc.
