he Department of Mathematicshas conducted a seminar for the department students on 19thSeptember 2022between 10 AM to 11 AM in AV Room on the topic “STRENGTHENING MENTAL HEALTH THROUGH POSITIVE ATTITUDE”. The Resource person was Dr.Sujitha, Psychologist, CEO of Pupil Rhythm Counseling Centre Chennaiand Student Counselor of Chennai Institute of Technology.

he Seminarbegan with the prayer song by the department choir students. Prof. R.Vasuki, Department of Mathematics gave the Welcome speech and introduced the Guest. Around 20 studentsparticipated in theseminar. The resource person encouraged the students to identify their success, power, happiness, life balance and their positive attitude. She made the students to participate actively by giving the activities. She created some positive vibrations to the students.The Students were enriched by valuable ideas through this session. The Session was so effective and informative. Students acknowledged that the seminar enriched them with Positive ideas andSelf-confidence. MC was done by R.M Rejimol, II Maths. The session endedwith Vote of Thanks by PGnanaiPriya, II Maths. Convenor of the program was Prof. S. Arokiya Princey.
