Let us Congratulate the Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Shift 2, for having successfully conducted day 1 of the skill development program. The program was inaugurated by the Principal, Vice Principal of Shift -II, and by the IQAC coordinator. The topic for the session was Director's Duties, and Liabilities under the companies act 2013: A Comprehensive Overview. Prof, C. Arun Kumar, Head, Department of Corporate Secretary, Don Bosco College, was the resource person, The session was very interactive.
