Objective of the Event:
The main objective of stress management is to reduce or eliminate the negative effects of stress on a person's physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This includes improving one's ability to cope with stress, enhancing overall health and productivity, and improving relationships with others. The resourcs person Dr.Sudha Assistant Professor began the session with introduction about what is stress, She explained the reasons that lead to Stress and discussed the symptoms to recognize them followed by the measures to overcome the same
Outcome of the activity:
1. The students learned about real stress and experience how to overcome it.
2. Gained knowledge about various factors caused stress
3. Learn to handle various problems causing stress
