Mar Gregorios College of Arts & Science as part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations hosted MGC SCIPRO EXPO 2022 - An Inter School Science Exhibition, in view of National Science Day on 28^th February 2022, at Mar Ivanios Hall.  Dr.Muruga Koothan,   Principal, C. Kandaswami Naidu College for Men presided over the event. The exhibition was inaugurated by Dr. M.Sivarajan, Principal, Dr.G.Gayathry, Vice Principal and Rev.Fr. Dr.JohnPeter, Head, Department of MSW. On the special occasion, the organizing committee honoured Secretary Rev.Fr. Philip Pulipra with plant sapling. Around 25 teams comprising of 47 students from various schools across Chennai enthusiastically participated in the event. The exhibition was organized to inspire, and motivate the young minds. Projects ranging from hydraulics to soil moisturizer were presented by the students. Students of   Velammal Vidyalaya, MelAyanambakam won the cash prize. The mega event was an initiative to illuminate and make ideas happen and thereby continue spreading the light of knowledge and wisdom from Mar Gregorios College.
