External Committee
Library External Committee guides/suggests the Librarian to develop the Library collections, Infrastructure, Technology Implementation, Manpower and Vendor Support and so on. The committee meeting will be held in March every year to plan for the next academic year.
Library Advisory Committee
Library Advisory Committee plays an advisory and advocacy role regarding the library on matters of general policy, planning, programs, goals, collection development and objectives in its support of teaching, learning research and community building needs of the Institution. LAC meeting will held once in 6 months.
Book Selection Committee
The members of the Book selection committee will collect and prepare required book list for their respective department for every academic year. The list will be addressed to the Librarian who will precede the procurement once after discussing with Library Advisory Committee.
Activity Support Committee
A Professor from the each department in both shifts will be the Members of this committee. The main objective of the committee is to Identify and Motivate the student to participate in the library activities
Student Volunteer Committee
Two active and enthusiastic students from each department in both shifts will the members of the committee, Event Administration, Reader Club Organisation, Library In-house publication Design and Development works will be assigned to the volunteer Committee.
